The Viking Library System provides bookmobile service to rural residents in Douglas, Grant, Otter Tail, Pope, Stevens and Traverse counties who live in communities without a public library.
Service is also provided to senior care and assisted living facilities, child cares, and schools located in communities without a public library.

In the meantime, we will continue to provide doorstep delivery to bookmobile patrons.

If you regularly use the Bookmobile: How to use Doorstep Delivery:
Step 1. Place holds in the online catalog: vikinglibrarysystem.org. Choose "Bookmobile" as your item pick up location.
Step 2. We will provide contactless delivery to your house.
Once you have placed your holds, Viking Library System staff will contact you.

The bookmobile and member libraries also offer a wide variety of electronic resources including Ebooks, downloadable audiobooks, streaming movies, TV and music, and a wide variety of educational databases and distance learning resources.
